SINGAPORE - Are you ready? After a long off-season 3x3 is back in style with the traditional launch in Singapore for the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2024 on March 27-31.
The pride of Asia will be on the line and we've got all the information you need as 3x3 returns for the third straight season to world-famous Singapore in the seventh edition of the continent's biggest event.

Who is competing?
There are a whopping 43 teams competing in Singapore. The Qualifying Draw will be held on March 27-28 before the main draw - featuring 12 men's and 12 women's teams - on the following three days.

Men's
Pool A: China, Singapore, QD
Pool B: Mongolia, Thailand, QD
Pool C: Japan, Philippines, QD
Pool D: New Zealand, Qatar, QD

Who are the favorites?
In the men's, we just can't go past defending champs Mongolia who lit up the Singapore Sports Hub with an epic upset over powerhouse Australia in an unforgettable final.
Speaking of the Aussies, you just know they'll be pumped up to win back the crown that they believe is theirs having won the event three straight times previously.

New Zealand have never won a men's gold, but they've medalled consistently and have some big fellas who want to make the paint their personal playground.
China, Japan and the Philippines are also contenders to take down the absolute favorites.
In the women's, you know who we're going to start with. It's all-conquering Australia who last year submitted the most ruthless performance ever seen at an Asia Cup to win gold.

They'll be bringing back their band of gold medalists, but the 'Gangurrus' will be tested early against New Zealand in a rematch of last year's final.
Top-ranked China are an Asian powerhouse for good reason, while Japan and Mongolia will also be eyeing a podium finish.
Who are the players to watch?
There will be more stars in Singapore than at the Oscars!
We just have to start with Mongolia superstar Anand Ariunbold, who earned the nickname of 'The Archer' after his heroics 12 months ago. An MVP crown might just stamp him as the best player in Asia.
But his place on the throne will be fierce with Australia boasting sniper Todd Blanchfield, who can splash from Marina Bay.
Who's the strongest dude in New Zealand? It just has to be big fella Tai Wynyard, who was inspirational las year as he led his country to bronze.
Japanese 3x3 legend Tomoya Ochiai will bring the heat to Singapore, while Yuanbo Zhu is stronger than a Singapore Sling!
In the women's, Mareena Whittle arrives as the reigning MVP and she is not about to give up her crown.
But Olympian Khulan Onolbaatar is the star of her 3x3-crazy country and out to be the best player in Asia as she eyes leading Mongolia to a historic first medal.
New Zealand's Sharne Pupuke-Robati was a walking bucket last year and she might just bring a monsoon to Singapore if she gets going, while JianPing Zhang is a formidable inside presence for China.
