Competition System and Teams
The Division B of the FIBA Women's Asian Championship has 8 teams divided into groups of 2. The top team in each group advance to the semi-finals, while the 2nd and 3rd from each group play a qualification process. The following teams will be participating in the current edition of the Division B: Hosts Jordan, Guam, Hong Kong, Iran, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, Singapore
