MIAMI (United States) – The FIBA ​​Regional Office in the Americas announced that the 2024 Centrobasket U15 Women's Championship will be played in the City of David, in the province of Chiriquí, Panama. The event will take place at the La Basita Sports Center, from July 24 to 28.

The three best national teams in the competition will qualify for the FIBA ​​U16 Women's AmeriCup in 2025.

Mexico is the current champion of the category, after being crowned in the last edition of the tournament in 2022, which took place in Puerto Rico.
