SINGAPORE - 3x3's wonder women are ready to start the season strongly at the FIBA 3x3 Asia Cup 2024 on March 27-31.

Here are the top players you just have to watch.

Marena Whittle (Australia) 

The reigning Asia Cup MVP Marena Whittle will be out to defend her MVP and lead all-conquering Australia showcasing their outstanding all-round skills.

She's at the core of an Aussie team that is the dominant force in the Asian region and one of the best teams on the planet. 

Whittle has good size and can score from inside and out, but in trademark Aussie style she plays with grit and plenty of energy. Her favorite things to do on the half-court is hustle and dominate the boards to be the heart and soul of the team.

Indra Ulziibat (Mongolia)

Mongolia is a 3x3 crazy nation and there is a rich line of talented youngsters ready to make their mark on the half-court.

Perhaps the most promising of them is this 22-year-old Mongolian, who showed glimpses of her insane skills last year during the Women's Series and World Cup. 

Don't let her small stature fool you because if you blink then you'll miss Ulziibat driving to the rim for the easy bucket. 

Sharne Pupuke-Robati (New Zealand)

New Zealand won silver last year mostly through the incredible efforts of Sharne Pupuke-Robati, who finished the second-leading scorer with 33 points to finish on the Team of the Tournament. 

The powerful 23-year-old was unstoppable from close range and she'll be even hungrier on her return to Singapore as she eyes a second title for New Zealand.

If she can do that then you just know Pupuke-Robati has submitted an MVP performance. 

Camille Clarin (Philippines )

Expect the unexpected in Singapore. But one thing that is guaranteed - the Filipino fans will be out in force and going crazy for their beloved national team.

And they will be cheering loudest every time Clarin is on a heater, with this sharpshooter capable of raising the temperature in Singapore. If she does that then the Philippines might well win their first medal at the Asia Cup.
