SAN JUAN (BSN) - Puerto Rico internationals and Carmelo Antrone Lee and Filiberto Rivera are expected to help the national team try to qualify for the 2010 FIBA World Championship.

Before taking part in the FIBA Americas Championship, however, each has a lot of business to complete in the club game.

Lee's debut in the national league was marked by defeat as his team Vaqueros de Bayamon lost 106-73 against Conquistadores de Guaynabo at the Raymond Dalmau arena.

He had 14 points in defeat.

Gigantes de Carolina, meanwhile, are waiting on Rivera to show up because his club in Germany, Brose Baskets Bamberg, is competing in the Bundesliga play-offs.
