MUNICH (Germany) - There will be no shortage of basketball to enjoy around Europe this summer with an action-packed schedule of FIBA Youth EuroBaskets 2026.
A total of 245 teams featuring almost 3,000 athletes from 48 National Federations are set to compete, with 828 games to be played across 16 youth tournaments.
Action will commence on July 4 with the FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket tournaments in Lithuania and Bulgaria, alongside the FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket, Division C in Malta.
More than seven weeks later, Europe's youth basketball summer will come to a close with the final day of the FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket in Romania on August 22.

European youth basketball will also have a major presence on the global stage, with 12 national teams set to represent the continent at the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2026 in Türkiye and the FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 in Czechia.
Meanwhile, this year's FIBA U18 EuroBasket and FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket tournaments will serve as qualifying events for next year's U19 World Cups.
All FIBA Youth EuroBasket 2026 games will be streamed live on the official YouTube channel.
The FIBA U20 EuroBasket and FIBA U18 EuroBasket competitions will be exclusively available to MVP tier members.
