    Top Performers

Alon Michaeli of Israel finished off the Group Phase strong; the center recorded 28 points with 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals with an efficiency of 36 - the highest of the day - in Israel's 91-75 success over Poland that saw them remain unbeaten at the top of the Group A.

His teammate Omer Mayer offered a big helping hand with 24 points, 11 assists and 3 steals from the point guard position. Efficiency of 26 is nice enough, but this guard-center duo with Michaeli proved to be too much for Poland.

Iceland held off Slovenia's late push to record their first win of the tournament with 76-74 and Frithrik Curtis deserved all the praise for his performance. He tallied a 20-point, 11-rebound double-double with tournament-high 6 blocked shots for an efficiency of 34.

Martin Kalu had himself a nice individual performance in 85-60 success over Belgium that saw Germany remain perfect. The sharpshooter sinked 5 three-pointers for 28 points and 7 rebounds. He also dished out two dimes and stole two possessions for an efficiency of 30.

Despite Slovenia falling short to Iceland in the aforementioned game and finishing the Group Phase without a win, Jan Vide recorded a performance of 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists to earn himself a place in the Top Performers lineup.
