LA PALMA (Spain) - The future stars of women's international basketball will be aiming for glory this summer at the FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket. The tournament takes place in La Palma, Spain, from July 5-13.
France vanquished the memories of their 2023 Final loss to Slovenia by beating Spain 80-70 to lift the U18 Women's EuroBasket trophy for a third time.
Runners-up Spain now host the event with hopes of making it to the top whereas defending champs France and last year's third-placed side Serbia are together in Group A.
