Gomez gives opportunity to new faces for Qualifiers as Halvarsson returns
STOCKHOLM (FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2019 Qualifiers) - Sweden are to hand some new players an opportunity to impress in next month's FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2019 Qualifiers, as they also welcome back Louice Halvarsson from maternity leave.
Head Coach Francois Gomez will select from 15 players as Sweden try to build on two wins in last November's first Qualifying window.

Sweden will continue to rely on their star players including multiple EuroLeague Women performers such as Amanda Zahui, Farhiya Abdi and and Elin Eldebrink.
Sweden will play Italy and Croatia in a fiercely competitive group, with February's fixtures looking like they will go a long way to determining whether Sweden make it to Latvia and Serbia next year.
The team got off to a great start by winning in Croatia and then beating MKD on home soil.
