With crushing wins against Romania and Finland already posted last November, the existing young guns of Olivia Epoupa, Marine Johannes, Valeriane Ayayi and Alexia Chartereau are now also joined by Alix Duchet.
That means half of the squad are aged 24 years-old or less, with many observers seeing this group of players as a changing of the guard and nose to the future. Not least, because there are several other rising stars who will also be pushing for inclusion in squads such as the injured Ornella Bankole.
