PIRAEUS (Germany) - Seven of the eight spots reserved for European nations in the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 Qualifying Tournaments have been claimed, with just one more ticket remaining.
Belgium, France, Italy and Spain became the latest teams to secure qualification by reaching the Semi-Finals of FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025 and joining the previously qualified hosts Germany and Pre-Qualifying Tournament winners, Czechia and Hungary.

With the five highest-placed teams from Women's EuroBasket advancing, the last berth will be decided between Lithuania and Türkiye, who are on opposite ends of the Classification Games 5-8 bracket.
Their respective opponents, Czechia and Germany are already qualified for the World Cup Qualifying Tournaments, meaning the higher-placed team between Lithuania and Türkiye will qualify.
