You can let us know who you think will have the biggest impact by casting your vote in the fan poll below.
Frieda Buhner - ZVVZ USK Praha
FORWARD
Birth Date: May 28, 2004 (22 years old) Height: 6ft 2in / 187 cm
Few players have risen quite like the German forward in the past two years. From the moment she jumped from FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket to a surprise outing at Paris 2024, she's been superb.
A star at FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025, Buhner excelled with Movistar Estudiantes in EuroCup Women. Her composed scoring, inside or out, is a great fit for Praha.
Sevgi Uzun - Galatasaray Cagdas Faktoring
GUARD
Birth Date: November 25, 1997 (28 years old) Height: 5ft 10in / 178 cm
The latest in a line of high-profile players who have crossed the divide between the two Istanbul juggernauts, the Turkish national team standout is swapping the colors of Fenerbahce for Galatasaray this season.
Her guard skills, clutch ability and all-around leadership suggest she is going to be a real difference-maker for her new club.
Iyana Martin - Spar Girona
GUARD
Birth Date: January 18, 2006 (20 years old) Height: 5ft 9in / 178 cm
What a coup for Girona to land the 20-year-old rising star, especially via fellow Spanish rivals, MEINS Avenida. Martin will be the heartbeat of a new-look backcourt and offers a significant scoring thrust, as well as impressive intensity that will delight Coach Iniguez.
She was crowned EuroLeague Women Young Player of the Year in 2025 and is already a national team standout.
Mariella Fasoula - Athinaikos Qualco
CENTER
Birth Date: September 2, 1997 (29 years old) Height: 6ft 4in / 192 cm
The Greek club have assembled depth and proven quality, especially with the arrival of a national team standout like Fasoula. She'll offer the valuable matchup size they need on defense and is almost guaranteed to produce eye-catching numbers in scoring and rebounding - as was the case in EuroCup Women last season at Besiktas BOA.
Mariam Coulibaly - Beretta Famila Schio
CENTER
Birth Date: October 7, 1997 (28 years old) Height: 6ft 3in / 190 cm
Coulibaly anchored a historic campaign for Girona last season and was unstoppable at times as she used her power, size, skills and mobility in the paint to dominate over and over again. Also the competition's second-leading scorer, she was named to the 2025-26 All-Second Team. Now Schio will gladly benefit from her contributions.
Janelle Salaun - Galatasaray Cagdas Faktoring
FORWARD
Birth Date: September 5, 2001 (24 years old) Height: 6ft 2in / 188 cm
The forward switches to Galatasaray and this will be the fourth EuroLeague Women team of her still relatively young career. This means experience beyond her years, in addition to her ability to erupt offensively on any given night. Throw in her defensive versatility and her new side will benefit hugely from having the French star on board.
Astou Ndour - Casademont Zaragoza
FORWARD / CENTER
Birth Date: August 22, 1994 (32 years old) Height: 6ft 6in / 198 cm
The veteran frontcourt ace has played for many top clubs and her quality can be evidenced by the fact she's a former FIBA Women's EuroBasket MVP. Ndour put up great numbers in EuroCup Women last season at Emlak Konut and will be a big favorite with the Zaragoza fans due to her work rate, as well as her scoring and rebounding prowess.
Helena Pueyo - Valencia Basket Club
SMALL FORWARD / GUARD
Birth Date: February 13, 2001 (25 years old) Height: 6ft 0in / 182 cm
One of the jewels in the Casademont Zaragoza crown when taking the Final Six hosts to a historic 2025-26 campaign, she will now step out with their fierce domestic rivals Valencia. They will love having her all-action game at both ends of the floor and especially defensively. She's a player who does so much more than the numbers show.
Julie Vanloo - Athinaikos Qualco
GUARD
Birth Date: February 10, 1993 (33 years old) Height: 5ft 8in / 173 cm
The ambitious Athinaikos side have acquired the Belgian Cats' star in a quest to challenge for honors. And Vanloo has the experience and class to deliver - as shown last year when making history with a EuroCup Women title at Mersin. But remarkably, at 33 years old, this will be only her second EuroLeague Women Regular Season.
Hind Ben Abdelkader - Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen
GUARD
Birth Date: July 21, 1995 (31 years old) Height: 5ft 7in / 169 cm
For anyone tipping Mechelen to struggle on their return to the competition, be aware that they have pulled off the brilliant signing of Abdelkader. The free-scoring guard will keep them in games with her offensive skills and she is someone who can shift the momentum of games - as evidenced by some nice work most recently with Valencia.
