Stats: 23.0 MPG / 7.6 PPG / 2.5 RPG / 2.2 APG / 8.5 EFF
The Spanish guard gained more responsibility than ever in her career during the season in terms of her role and minutes per game. She produced across multiple categories and even if Valencia Basket Club missed out on a Final Six spot, her displays were a bright spot and she looks set to become a leading guard in the competition.
Emma Cechova (ZVVZ USK Praha)

Stats: 17.5 MPG / 51.5 FG % / 5.6 PPG / 3.9 RPG / 7.6 EFF
The Czech national team rising star made a move last summer to the reigning champions ZVVZ USK Praha and showed her progression with some strong displays. Using her height and mobility to great effect, she shot the ball well during the campaign in the opportunities she had and was also very solid on the glass for her team.
Awa Fam (Valencia Basket Club)

Birth Date: July 17, 2006 (19 years old) Height: 1.92m (6ft 3in)
Stats: 20.5 MPG / 7.0 PPG / 52.9 FG% / 4.8 RPG / 10.7 EFF Following her excellent displays for Spain at FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025, Fam continued to impress and took that form into EuroLeague Women. The teenager became an essential part of the Valencia rotation, using strength on each end of the floor to make a positive impact - especially with her shot selection, finishing and rebounding.
Juste Jocyte (Spar Girona)
Guard
Birth Date: November 19, 2005 (20 years old) Height: 1.84m (6ft 0in)
Stats: 28.3 MPG / 11.9 PPG / 4.4 APG / 3.6 RPG / 12.0 EFF
It's no coincidence that the arrival of Jocyte intersects with Spar Girona posting a historic and best ever season in the competition. They have been outstanding, with Jocyte central to this and handed more minutes than any other young gun on this list. She responded with her trademark scoring touch and creative skills to shine brightly.
Leila Lacan (Basket Landes)
Guard
Birth Date: June 2, 2004 (21 years old) Height: 1.81m (5ft 11in)
Stats: 22.6 MPG / 12.6 PPG / 3.0 APG / 2.9 RPG / 11.8 EFF It's been a dream season for Basket Landes and Lacan has been central to their fabulous and historic campaign which has seen them make the Final Six for the first time. The guard's contributions are underlined by her winning the January MVP honor and also scoring more points than any other rising star - as well as impressing defensively too.
Carla Leite (Casademont Zaragoza)
Guard
Birth Date: April 16, 2004 (21 years old) Height: 1.75m (5ft 8in)
Stats: 21.8 MPG / 10.3 PPG / 2.8 APG / 1.4 RPG / 8.4 EFF There was a lot of pressure and expectation on the shoulders of Leite when she arrived to the competition having been named EuroCup Women Finals MVP last season. The young guard has adapted well and been a core part of taking Zaragoza to their first Final Six. Her scoring punch and clutch ability has been vital on a rollercoaster ride.
Dionne Madjo (Flammes Carolo Basket)

Birth Date: August 28, 2007 (18 years old) Height: 1.83m (6ft 0in)
Stats: 15.3 MPG / 2.9 PPG / 2.6 RPG / 4.6 EFF The Flammes Carolo Basket prospect has stepped up this season to catch the eye with the French club. Also impressing for Luxembourg on the national team stage, it underlines her development and still untapped potential. Strong and composed, she gained more than 15 minutes per game and responded by showcasing her skills nicely.
Ines Pitarch-Granel (Tango Bourges Basket)
Guard
Birth Date: May 6, 2006 (19 years old) Height: 1.81m (5ft 11in)
Stats: 14.8 MPG / 5.6 PPG / 2.8 RPG / 5.9 EFF It was an intriguing season for Tango Bourges Basket as they rode through the Qualifiers and challenged for a Final Six spot. Pitarch-Granel produced nice cameos throughout and is someone whose potential is being realised, like when she scored 12 points in three consecutive games against some of the biggest teams in the competition.
