    Each of the 10 group winners will progress to the Second Round, alongside the six best-ranked runners-up.

    • Cedevita Junior can qualify for the Second Round with a win OR if Pelister beat Prievidza.

    • Surne Bilbao Basket can qualify for the Second Round with a win IF Kutaisi beat Peristeri.
