COPENHAGEN (Denmark) – The field is set for the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark, on September 5-7, where Austria (men) and Spain (women) will defend their titles.
The 10th edition of the continent's biggest 3x3 event will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark's historic capital, hosting its largest-ever 3x3 competition after successfully organizing a Europe Cup Qualifier in 2024.
On the men's side, Pool A features a rematch of the 3x3 World Cup 2025 semifinals between Serbia (third place) and Switzerland (runners-up), with Italy looking to cause an upset.
Reigning champions Austria headline Pool D, alongside Paris 2024 bronze medalists Lithuania and hosts Denmark. Olympic gold medalists Latvia (Tokyo 2020) and the Netherlands (Paris 2024) are set to highlight Pool C, joined by Ireland. Meanwhile, Pool B includes Paris 2024 silver medalists France, Germany, and Hungary.
On the women's side, World Cup 2025 champions the Netherlands star in Pool A, together with Austria and Lithuania.
Olympic gold medalists Germany lead Pool D alongside Poland and host nation Denmark. Last year's winners Spain will compete in Pool C with Hungary and Great Britain, while France, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan have been seeded in Pool B.
