Awak Kuier produced the highest performance efficiency valuation of the week at 28 but it proved to be a bitter-sweet night for the Galatasaray Cagdas Faktoring center. She finished with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 blocks, but her side lost 78-68 to KKZ Crvena Zvezda.
One of the main reasons that Galatasaray fell short was the play of Greek forward Artemis Spanou. She inspired KKZ Crvena Zvezda to victory with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
Pauline Astier was the main architect behind ZVVZ USK Praha beating the visiting Emlak Konut 80-65. The guard impressed with 18 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds to hand her team the win. Another French baller lit it up in the shape of Marie-Paule Foppossi who guided Tango Bourges Basket past Lotto AZS UMCS Lublin 88-69. She finished the contest having been an influence on both ends of the floor with 16 points, 6 steals and 3 assists.
Finally, Valencia Basket Club forward Chloe Bibby showed her inside-outside game with a brilliant 6 of 7 from the perimeter as her side beat CS Rapid Bucuresti 105-47. That helped the Spanish side to become only the second club in the modern era of the competition to sink 20 triples in a single game.
