Anticipation is building as desperate teams prepare to fight for coveted tickets at the upcoming FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup Qualifiers 2025 on June 7-8.
The 10th edition of the Europe Cup will feature 24 teams - 12 for each gender - and be played in Denmark's capital of Copenhagen on September 5-7.
The men's teams to have directly qualified are host Denmark and defending champion Austria, who won their first title after outlasting five-time defending champion Serbia in last year's epic final.
Serbia, Netherlands and France have also qualified through being the best-ranked teams in the respective categories on the cut-off date of January 1, 2025.
In the women's, there are also five teams straight through highlighted by host Denmark and defending champion Spain, who backed up their Paris Olympic silver medal in style at last year's Europe Cup.
Netherlands, France and Olympic gold medalist Germany also qualified after being the top-ranked teams before the cut-off date.
There are still 14 spots available - 7 from each gender - with three qualifiers this weekend to determine the final tickets to Copenhagen.
