MUNICH (Germany) - 16 teams from the Basketball Champions League Qualifiers will now compete in the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season for the 2025-26 edition.
The teams, that opted into the competition, with their places now confirmed are as follows:
Bakken Bears Aarhus (DEN), BC Kalev/Cramo (EST), BC Kutaisi 2010 (GEO), CSM CSU Raiffeisen Oradea (ROU), Falco Szombathely (HUN), FC Porto (POR), KK Pelister Bitola (MKD), Lowen Braunschweig (GER), Pallacanestro Reggiana (ITA), PAOK mateco (GRE), Petrolina AEK Larnaca (CYP), PGE Start Lublin (POL), Rilski Sportist (BUL), Trepca (KOS), UCAM Murcia CB (ESP), Windrose Giants Antwerp (BEL)
Last season's finalists PAOK and Spanish debutants Murcia are among the clubs that now feed into their pre-determined groups in the Regular Season after the draw took place in July.
Meanwhile, the seven winners of the FIBA Europe Cup Qualifiers pairings will now be joined by three additional 'lucky losers' - with those spots to be determined by the best-ranked losing teams, in accordance to Section D of the Official Basketball Rules.
Bursaspor, Elan Chalon and Patrioti Levice all advanced to the Basketball Champions League Regular Season, meaning their places need to be filled.
The FIBA Europe Cup Qualifiers will conclude on Wednesday, October 1 when the second legs take place to complete the 40-team field for the Regular Season.
