With the first window about to swing open, we've picked out just some of the names that you need to put on your watchlist ahead of the big tip-off.
You can also vote for which of these young guns will have the biggest impact in the fan poll below.
Juste Jocyte - Lithuania
SHOOTING GUARD / SMALL FORWARD
Birth Date: November 19 2005 Height: 6ft 0in / 184 cm
The transition from rising star to senior leader is complete in reality and the Lithuanian ace is now a go-to baller for her country already. Winner of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket Rising Star award, her incredible scoring power and creative skills get better and better - as evidenced by her rich vein of form in EuroLeague Women with Spar Girona.
Ajsa Sivka - Slovenia
FORWARD
Birth Date: November 23, 2005 Height: 6ft 4in / 192 cm
Amazingly Sivka has already appeared at two editions of Final Round and is a teenager for a little while longer. Her versatility alongside a mixture of height, handles and shooting prowess means she's already a starter and leader. She will be needed even more in the first window with Jessica Shepard injured, so expect her to step up and deliver.
Lin Schwarz - Switzerland
FORWARD
Birth Date: November 21, 2003 Height: 6ft 1in / 186 cm
Fresh from impressing on her FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025 debut, Schwarz was a big positive from what was ultimately a winless campaign. Not that far away from a double-double at the event for the underdogs, she will now assume the role as one of their go-to players, having also shone in EuroCup Women with Castors Braine.
Dominika Ullmann - Poland
GUARD
Birth Date: November 28, 2005 Height: 5ft 7in / 170 cm
Having not featured in the previous Qualifiers, it looks like Ullmann could be ready to be elevated to the senior side off the back of making great strides in the past 12 months. The guard has been impressive with Lublin in both the EuroLeague Women Qualifiers and EuroCup Women Regular Season - as well as domestically in the Polish league.
Jovana Jevtovic - Serbia
CENTER
Birth Date: September 4, 2005 Height: 6ft 4in / 192cm
The MVP of FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket, Division B several months ago, the center led Serbia to promotion and has since followed it up by stepping out in EuroLeague Women with Sopron Basket. The size of Jevtovic provides a strong presence in the paint on both ends of the floor for the long-term if she now makes a senior breakthrough.
Maayan Cohen - Israel
SHOOTING GUARD
Birth Date: February 27, 2006 Height: 5ft 11in / 180 cm
It will be interesting to see if Cohen is afforded a spot and chance to shine having enjoyed a hugely productive year and not least at the FIBA U19 Women's Basketball World Cup 2025 when she shot the lights out in Brno. Her three-point range is devastating and a real momentum shifter, but it depends if she can deliver defensively too.
Joyce Isi Etute - Luxembourg
FORWARD/ CENTER
Birth Date: July 30, 2008 Height: 6ft 0in / 184 cm
Offering Luxembourg an energetic and physical presence in the paint, Etute can also run the floor. And, even if she only had a modest impact in the last Qualifiers, her monstrous double-doubles at youth level indicate there's much more to follow this time around. Get ready for her to turn up the dial and put some real nice numbers on the board.
Denitsa Manolova - Bulgaria
GUARD
Birth Date: September 6, 2006 Height: 5ft 9in / 176 cm
There is an intriguing chapter to potentially be written by Manolova for the possible dark horses. As Bulgaria look to end their long wait for a Final Round return. A do-it-all baller, she only had a minor impact in the last Qualifiers, but she looks ready to now play a key cameo behind marquee teammates, Khaalia Hillsman and Borislava Hristova.
Sina Elke Hollerl - Austria
GUARD / SMALL FORWARD
Birth Date: October 24, 2006 Height: 6ft 0in / 183 cm
There is a lot to love about Hollerl and that includes her filling the highlights reels with her plays. Her skill set is extensive, helped by playing plenty of 3x3 basketball, as well as dominating for her country in youth events. Having had a taste of senior action in the 2025 Qualifiers, watch the Oklahoma bound star to shine more this time.
Jovana Popovic - Serbia
GUARD
Birth Date: October 5, 2007 Height: 5ft 9in / 175 cm
One of the breakout rising stars of FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025, Popovic showed what she is capable of at this level. The playmaker has an assured approach and having already delivered on her huge promise from when winning accolades at FIBA youth tournaments, she's a possible senior leader for the next decade and beyond.
