MUNICH (Germany) - Another memorable summer of FIBA Youth EuroBasket action is in the books, with champions crowned across all six Division A tournaments and the promotion and relegation picture now complete.
Slovenia ultimately came out on top of the medal table after a superb campaign that delivered two titles and another appearance in a Final.
Their success was built on a dominant run in the men's competitions, with Slovenia lifting both the FIBA U18 EuroBasket and FIBA U20 EuroBasket trophies before adding a runner-up finish at the FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket.
Spain matched Slovenia's haul of two titles and finished with five podium finishes overall. Their titles came in the women's events, as they triumphed at both the FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket and FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket, while also adding three bronze medals across the summer.
