Reggie Luis showcased a dominant performance for the Dominican Republic in their victory over Nicaragua. The forward finished with 22 points and 17 rebounds for a double-double, while also adding 4 steals and 2 blocks. The 23-year-old posted a 34 efficiency rating, the highest of the day. Yahir Bonilla also recorded a 34 efficiency rating despite Mexico's narrow loss to the United States. He finished with 25 points and 17 rebounds, while adding 2 steals and 1 block. Another Dominican standout was Joel Soriano.
