ABIDJAN (Cote d'Ivoire) - For the first time in the current qualifying campaign, all sixteen national teams will play in the same qualifying window.

Of the sixteen teams competing for a place in the 2027 Qatar World Cup, only three remain undefeated, while four others have not won any of their three games.

The third round of the Africa World Cup qualifiers is scheduled for 2–5 July in Dakar (Senegal), Douala (Cameroon), and Luanda (Angola).
