Cape Verde - Cape Verde (2-2) will qualify if they beat South Sudan OR if: - Cameroon beat Libya; - Cape Verde cannot be eliminated.
Libya - Libya (0-4) will be eliminated if they lose to Cameroon or if Cape Verde beat South Sudan.
Group B
Saturday, 4 July
Côte d'Ivoire (3-1), Senegal (3-1) and DR Congo (2-2) have qualified for the second while Madagascar have been eliminated (0-4).
Group C

Guinea (3-1), Tunisia (2-2) and Nigeria (2-2) have qualified for the second round while Rwanda (0-4) have been eliminated.
Group D

Mali (4-0) and Angola (3-1) have qualified for the second round;
Egypt will qualify for the second round if they beat Angola and if Mali beat Uganda. Egypt cannot be eliminated on 4 July;
Uganda (0-4) will be eliminated if they lose to Mali and Egypt beat Angola.
