    EuroLeague Women fans voted Fenerbahce star Emma Meesseman as the Player of the Week

    There were some top class individual shows on Week 2, with reigning EuroLeague Women MVP Emma Meesseman delivering the goods once again.

    MUNICH (Germany) - The second week of EuroLeague Women action witnessed plenty of stellar performances and there were some strong contenders for individual honors.

    Emma Meesseman of Fenerbahce Opet got the most votes in the Player of the Week poll, picking up the honors with an impressive 62 percent of the overall tally. ZVVZ USK Praha standout Maria Conde came in second place after collecting 16 percent.

    Maria Conde was sensational as the Spanish winger went off for ZVVZ USK Praha on a special night as she posted career best game numbers in the competition. She finished the 82-68 win against Uni Gyor with 26 points, 10 assists and 5 rebounds that contributed to a massive performance efficiency valuation of 37.

    There' no stopping Emma Meesseman and the Fenerbahce Opet forward continued her rich vein of form by amassing a performance efficiency valuation of 33 in the 84-64 win at home to Casademont Zaragoza. She did it at both ends of the floor and collected 22 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals.

    Zabiny Brno were eventually undone 88-74 at CBK Mersin but that was bitter sweet for Eliska Hamzova, who was named Player of the Week for the first games, put herself back in the frame again. She shot the lights out and went 10 of 13 from the field on her way to 22 points and also added 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.

    KGHM BC Polkowice are revelling in their first triumph and it was Emma Cannon who inspired it. The experienced forward contributed 22 points and 12 rebounds in a 90-63 win at home to Villeneuve d'Ascq LM.

    Finally, Sika Kone was the difference-maker for Perfumerias Avenida as they got off the mark and rolled past Basket Landes 81-52. She was terrific and by the time the final buzzer sounded, had harvested 16 points and 13 rebounds.
