Here's everything you need to know about this year's contenders before you cast your vote.
Who's going to be your pick?
Julie Barennes (Basket Landes)
Birth Date: February 9, 1986 (40 years old) Season Record: 9-6 Barennes has been the architect of a cinderella story for Landes, who reached the Semi-Final Play-Ins with a standout Regular Season campaign. It has also been a new historic chapter as they now get set to take to the court at their first Final Six, winning rave reviews along the way for their team-orientated basketball and resilience.
Martin Basta (ZVVZ USK Praha)
Birth Date: July 23, 1992 (33 years old) Season Record: 8-6 It was always going to be a significant challenge to take over from the legendary FIBA Hall of Famer and last season's title winning coach, Natalia Hejkova. But having been promoted from Assistant duties, Basta found his feet in the new role. The holders were only just squeezed out of securing a coveted spot at this year's Final Six.
Carlos Cantero (Casademont Zaragoza)
Birth Date: September 16, 1985 (40 years old) Season Record: 10-6 The pressure on Cantero has been huge with this year's Final Six hosts determined to make it this time, having missed out last year. In an intense roller-coaster campaign which included an epic and unlikely comeback in the Qualifiers, Cantero has delivered history. He can already reflect on taking Zaragoza to a first ever Final Six.
Roberto Iniguez (Spar Girona)
Birth Date: September 5, 1967 (58 years old) Season Record: 8-6 A renowned EuroLeague Women navigator, Iniguez is in the hunt for that third award and especially after leading Spar Girona to a historic season. The playcaller has overseen a first ever spot at the end-of-season showpiece and when Girona do step out at Final Six, they will no doubt continue to show they are a dangerous and capable team.
Victor Lapena (Beretta Famila Schio)
Birth Date: March 12, 1975 (51 years old) Season Record: 8-7 The Spaniard came agonizingly close to masterminding Schio's ticket to Final Six, but they just came up short against fellow Italian club Umana Reyer Venezia in a nail-biting Play-Ins series. Still emerging with a winning record across the campaign, Lapena picked up some impressive victories during the course of the season.
Andrea Mazzon (Umana Reyer Venezia)
Birth Date: February 23, 1966 (60 years old) Season Record: 11-6 The Italian playcaller has delivered a historic first-ever Final Six place for Reyer and that alone presents a strong case of his inclusion as a candidate. Emerging from a tough group and beating their domestic arch rivals in the Play-Ins, there could be more to come. Mazzon was also recently installed as head coach of Türkiye.
Miguel Mendez (Fenerbahce Opet)
Birth Date: March 2, 1967 (59 years old) Season Record: 13-1 With just one solitary defeat on his record all season, the Spanish playcaller is now only two wins away from putting another EuroLeague Women title on his resume. While he has a deep and hugely talented roster to choose from, Mendez has once again demonstrated how adept he is at expertly managing it to maximum impact.
Firat Okul (Galatasaray Cagdas Faktoring)
Birth Date: January 7, 1980 (46 years old) Season Record: 7-3 Taking over the coaching reins from Ekrem Memnun last November when Galatasaray were 7-0 including the Qualifiers, Okul has continued that momentum impressively. He's propelled the Istanbul giants into the Semi-Finals and made the most of their defensive prowess and in particular, their towering frontcourt options.
