Which teams have qualified for the 2026 U18 Women's AfroBasket?

    Mali have not missed any of the last ten U18 Women's AfroBasket editions.

    ABIDJAN (Cote d'Ivoire) - The Ivorian city of Abidjan will welcome twelve nations competing for the title of 2026 FIBA U18 Women's AfroBasket champions.

    The biennial tournament is scheduled for August 5-16.

    Following the last qualifying tournament held in Cairo, Egypt, all twelve teams have now been confirmed.

    Of the nations that have qualified and confirmed their participation, four are set to make their first appearance in more than a decade.

    Conversely, Mali, Egypt, and Uganda have participated in all three of the most recent U18 Women's AfroBasket tournaments.
