Jake Van Tubbergen was dominant for Peristeri Betsson in their 98-84 victory at home to Dinamo BDS Sassari. The American had 27 points, 12 rebounds and 2 steals in the win. Van Tubbergen shot 11-of-14 on the night, good for 78 percent from the floor, leaving him with an efficiency rating of 37.
KK Bosna BH Telecom's Edin Atic shone brightest in the closing seconds of his side's exciting 85-82 win over Cedevita Junior. Atic buried a three to give Bosna the lead and hit clutch free throws in the final 40 seconds to win the game, and finish with a majestic 17 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists.
UCAM Murcia bagged an impressive 93-77 away win over Energa Trefl Sopot, mainly thanks to a convincing fourth period, where they outscored their opponents 26-12. Michael Forrest led the charge with 26 points, eight of which came in that final quarter. He also splashed six triples and dished out 5 assists in just 28 minutes of playing time.
Yannick Franke kept Aliaga Petkimspor's terrific run in the competition going as he went 4-for-8 from three-point land for 24 points, as well as 4 rebounds and 4 assists in the Turkish side's 98-75 win over Casademont Zaragoza in the early game.
The Icelandic giant Tryggvi Hlinason was in devastating form for Surne Bilbao Basket as they brushed BC Prievidza aside 83-46. Hlinason had 13 points, 7 boards and 2 blocks in the win to keep the holders unbeaten in the Second Round.
