    Clara Silva had the highest performance efficiency valuation of the day at 29 as she inspired Portugal to their historic first-ever win in the competition. She delivered a dominant 25-point, 12-rebound, 3-block display in a memorable 63-61 victory over China.

    Canada’s Agot Makeer helped her team set a new U19 World Cup record for most three-pointers in a game, hitting five of them herself en route to 18 points, 5 boards, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.

    Bonnie Deas was all over the court for Australia, putting up 17 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists to power the Gems past Brazil 87-59 in their opening outing of the 2025 edition.

    Gal Raviv continued her scoring tear for Israel with a 30-point explosion along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals, helping secure a historic 63-61 come-back win over Korea.

    Czechia’s Emilie Brzonova fired up the home crowd with 16 points, 5 rebounds, 5 steals, and 3 assists in a strong all-around effort that helped the hosts grab their first victory as they rode past Argentina 77-49.
