STOCKHOLM (Sweden) - Holders Spain breezed to an unbeaten record in the Group Phase of FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket, and were joined by France, Belgium and Poland ahead of the Round of 16, which begins on Wednesday.

Olivia Vukosa would certainly love to trade her third straight appearance in the Top Performers list for a Croatia win, but her side will enter the Round of 16 with a 0-3 record after a 93-51 loss to Serbia. Vukosa had yet another double-double as she went for 25 points, 14 rebounds and 2 steals.
A game-winning steal from Zoe Gemine sealed a 63-62 win for Belgium over Italy to keep their unbeaten run going at the U18 Women’s EuroBasket. But it was the all-round dominance of Laura Vilcinskas that guided Belgium to glory, as she posted a team-high 18 points, along with 9 rebounds, 2 steals and 5 blocks.
It was heartbreak for Hungary, as they lost narrowly 66-63 to Czechia. The Hungarians were led by Kinga Josepovits, who had a double-double of 11 points, 14 rebounds and 2 blocks
It was a similar tale for Latvia, as they were edged out 73-70 by Poland in a tense battle. This was despite Mila Luzgina’s game-high 25 points, as well as dishing out 5 assists and getting 2 steals.
Slovenia finished the Group Phase with their first win of the tournament as they defeated Türkiye 62-53. Ela Modric was the star of the show, as she led the way with 17 points on 8-for-14 shooting, 9 rebounds and 3 assists.
