MIAMI (United States) – FIBA’s Regional Office in the Americas and the Puerto Rico Basketball Federation (FBPUR) has now confirmed that Puerto Rico’s national team will play their two Group B games of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Americas Qualifiers Window 2 in the city of San Juan. It was previously announced that the Puerto Rican squad would host its games at the Rubén Rodríguez Coliseum in Bayamón for the matchups scheduled between February 26 and March 2. However, both games will now be played at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in the capital city of San Juan. On February 26, Puerto Rico will host Canada at 20:10 local time, while welcoming the Bahamas on March 1. This game was originally scheduled for 20:00 but has been moved up to 18:00.
