MIAMI (United States) – Six of the 16 teams competing in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 Americas Qualifiers will enter Window 2, starting February 26 to March 2. A chance to punch their ticket to the Second Round is soon underway. The teams in position to qualify are: United States (Group A); Canada and Jamaica (Group B); Brazil (Group C); and Argentina and Uruguay (Group D). All six teams are undefeated at 2–0. With two more victories— or in some cases just one, depending on other results, they could mathematically secure their place in the next stage.
