SAMOKOV (Bulgaria) - There will be plenty of stellar talents looking to inspire their respective nations when this year's edition of the FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket, Division B gets underway in Bulgaria.

Clara Silva - Portugal
CENTER
Birth Date: May 31, 2006 (20 years old) Height: 6ft 6in / 1.98 cm
One of the most impactful ballers at FIBA youth level in recent years, the center has won plenty of individual honors, including showing out at the FIBA U19 Women's Basketball World Cup 2025. Her height and trademark fadeaway ability make really tough to guard. She's been balling in the NCAA with TCU this past 2025-26 season.
Ioana Savu - Romania
GUARD
Birth Date: September 7, 2007 (18 years old) Height: 5ft 10in / 1.79 cm
Savu brings a nice scoring punch to the table, as well as being a capable creator, so will be a main architect of Romania's campaign. She already has a record of production in past summers, with eye-catching displays in 2024 and 2025. The guard has been scoring heavily in her homeland for Ploiesti with more than 18 points per game.
Vasiliki Cholopoulou - Greece
GUARD
Birth Date: June 20, 2007 (19 years old) Height: 5ft 10in / 1.77 cm
An energetic and highly active guard who is always leaving everything she has on the floor, Cholopoulou also has talent too. She loves to rip the ball and get downhill and will pose a big threat as usual in the Hellas vest. She gained senior minutes for Greece in the FIBA Women's EuroBasket Qualifiers and will play for Loyola in the NCAA.
Mia-Elle Lieverst - Netherlands
GUARD
Birth Date: May 8, 2009 (17 years old) Height: 6ft 1in / 1.85 cm
One of the most talented Dutch players in some time, Lieverst was just 16 years-old when pouring in more than 15 points per game at last year's edition. A prodigious talent, the guard's also excelled at U18 and U16. Smooth, smart, skilled and with a great IQ, she has a high ceiling and been hooping in the States to develop in the past 12 months.
Denitsa Manolova - Bulgaria
GUARD
Birth Date: September 6, 2006 (19 years old) Height: 5ft 9in / 1.76 cm
This will be her last dance at FIBA youth level, with an exceptional five double-digit scoring returns already banked. She has the potential to be a big hitter for the senior team in time, having already played multiple FIBA Women's EuroBasket Qualifiers. A do-it-all player, she has impressed for Rilski Sportist in WABA and the Bulgarian league.
Lara Popovic - Switzerland
GUARD
Birth Date: October 17, 2006 (19 years old) Height: 6ft 0in / 1.84cm
This will be a third outing at U20 and there is no doubt Popovic has blossomed in the past 12 months. Last year, she improved from 2.2 points to almost 12.0 points per game. She was then elevated to the senior team for the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2027 Qualifiers and almost averaged double-figures. The guard will be a big scoring threat.
Grace Prenter - Ireland
GUARD
Birth Date: December 5, 2006 (19 years old) Height: 5ft 8in / 1.73cm
Another player heading for a third straight U20 appearance, Prenter has poured in the points for her country, including almost 16.0 per game last year. Her ability has earned her FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2027 Qualifiers court time and she's been representing the University of Texas in College where she continues to evolve her game.
Polina Shchukina - Azerbaijan
SMALL FORWARD
Birth Date: May 28, 2009 (17 years old) Height: 6ft 1in / 1.86 cm
A phenomenal player Azerbaijan, she netted 12.0 points per game in the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2027 Qualifiers for the senior team, at just 16 years-old. Barely much older she will look to punch up again, having dropped almost 20.0 points per game last year with her U16 peer group. A tough small forward, she's fearless and will do it all.
Polina Tupalo - Ukraine
SMALL FORWARD
Birth Date: July 27, 2007 (19 years old) Height: 5ft 9in / 1.75 cm
Developing nicely with TTT Riga in Latvia, the winger has a couple of senior FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2027 Qualifiers appearances. At youth level she'll lead, having sunk 20.0 points per outing last year at U18 level and also producing in this competition too. She creates off the dribble well and takes advantage of her slick jump-shots.
Michaela Oravcova - Slovakia
SMALL FORWARD
Birth Date: June 19, 2008 (18 years old) Height: 5ft 9in / 1.76 cm
A younger player who has only just celebrated her 18th birthday, Oravcova has posted impressive double-figure scoring returns in the last two summers at U16 and then U18. in fact she might also play another U18 edition this year too. A winger who can score and is tough on the glass too, she has been developing with MBK Ruzomberok.
