The evergreen guard joins Michel Diouf on the scoring summit.

MUNICH (Germany) - CSM CSU Raiffeisen Oradea's Kris Richard now stands on top of the FIBA Europe Cup all-time scoring charts - equaling Michel Diouf's total of 995.

Richard finished with 9 points in Oradea's 81-77 victory over previously unbeaten Pallacanestro Reggiana to close on becoming the first player to 1000 points in the competition.

The Romanian has been at the club since 2018, and received an on-court celebration after the game to mark his achievement of becoming the joint leading scorer.

Richard was averaging 17.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 3.8 assists this season heading into the contest, but the Romanian side had already been eliminated from Quarter-Finals contention in Group L.
