KGHM BC Polkowice withdraw from EuroLeague Women

    The results of the Polish club will now be removed from the competition.

    MUNICH (Germany) - FIBA Europe has received official notification from KGHM BC Polkowice and the Polish Basketball Federation that the Polish club is withdrawing from the ongoing EuroLeague Women season due to financial reasons.

    The competition structure of the Second Round will be adjusted accordingly, with all games involving KGHM BC Polkowice removed from the schedule and Group F continuing as a five-team group.

    According to the Official Basketball Rules and Regulations for European Club Competitions, all games featuring KGHM BC Polkowice from both rounds of the Regular Season are voided and cancelled.
