    MIAMI (United States) – FIBA’s Regional Office in the Americas, together with the South American Basketball Confederation (CONSUBASQUET), announced that the Liga Sudamericana de Baloncesto 2025 will tip off on October 3, with 16 teams from eight countries across the region. Here is the group distribution along with their respective host cities:

    Group A

    Olimpia Kings (PAR) – Anfitrión CD Jorge Guzmán (ECU) Oberá Tenis Club (ARG) Baurú (BRA) Dates: October 3–5 Location: Pilar, Paraguay Stadium: Polideportivo Roberto Cabañas

    Group B

    Club Universitario de Sucre (BOL) – Anfitrión Ferro (ARG) Vasco da Gama (BRA) Motilones del Norte (COL) Dates: October 9–11 Location: Sucre, Bolivia Stadium: Polideportivo Garcilazo Sucre

    Group C
