Tomas Satoransky was once again the brain of the operation for Czechia, setting a new worldwide Qualifiers record with 16 assists.
Czechia defeated Estonia 97-92 on the road, and Satoransky also had 18 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals and an efficiency rating of 35.
Ludde Hakanson previously held the assists record, but on Monday, he was all about scoring.
Sweden's guard had 34 points on 7-of-11 shooting from beyond the arc, also dished out 6 assists, with 3 steals and an efficiency rating of 34, but could not prevent a 94-83 defeat to Slovenia.
Retin Obasohan had similar fate, a high scoring performance, but in a defeat.
Belgium's leader had 31 points in 31 minutes, with 5 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocks, all good enough for a 31 efficiency rating.
The main reason Obasohan and Belgium did not celebrate a win on Monday was Nate Reuvers.
Hungary's center picked up a big double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds, leading the nation to an 87-85 win on the road.
The final spot on the Top Performers roster goes to Michael Ruzic.
Croatia's newest phenom was a puzzle Israel failed to solve as it finished 85-71. The 19-year-old had 23 points on 11-of-15 shooting, with 9 rebounds, 3 assists and a 30 efficiency rating.
