DEBRECEN (FIBA 3x3 U18 European Championships) - Clément Desmonts (France) led all scorers in the men's while Svetlana Kramar (Russia) dominated the women's category at the 3x3 U18 European Championships.

    DEBRECEN (FIBA 3x3 U18 European Championships) - Clément Desmonts (France) led all scorers in the men's category while Svetlana Kramar (Russia) dominated the women's category at the 2016 FIBA 3x3 U18 European Championships in Debrecen, Hungary on 9-11 September 2016.

    The sharpshooting Desmonts had 34 points, including a 12-point outburst in the quarter-finals against Germany. The Cognac native was on target from behind the arc: he buried a tournament-high 11 shots from long range. Nobody else had more than 6.

    Turkish star Tanalp Sengün ranked second with 32 points while Belgian speedy playmaker Charles Perrier was third with 29.

    In the women's category, Kramar had 33 points and beat out tournament MVP Sara Krumpholcova (Czech Republic, 30 pts) and U18 World and now European Champion Diene Diane (France).
