MUNICH (Germany) - The highly ambitious Emlak Konut might just have EuroCup Women silverware in their sights with the outstanding Astou Ndour on hand to inspire them after the center was at the heart of another victory. There was also an epic 32-point showing from Javyn Nicholson of Kangoeroes Mechelen in an absorbing double-overtime encounter at Sepsi.
Elsewhere, Besiktas BOA, KKZ Crvena Zvezda and NKA Universitas Pecs all won convincingly to show they might also be on course for a deep run in the direction of the famous silverware.

Ndour too hot to handle; no stopping Nicholson in double OT thriller
Astou Ndour racked up a massive performance efficiency valuation of 35 as she provided the backbone of an 89-69 triumph for Emlak Konut against Saarlouis Royals.
The center shot a stunning 10 of 11 in the contest en-route to 25 points, while also adding 12 rebounds. Her teammate Jessica Thomas handed out most of the dimes with an excellent haul of 13 points, 10 assists and 6 rebounds.
Javyn Nicholson was also sensational as she provided the springboard for Kangoeroes Basket to outlast ACS Sepsi-SIC 82-79 in a double overtime classic. She poured in a brilliant 32 points and also completed a monstrous double-double with 18 rebounds. Heleen Nauwelaers provided a fine cameo of 14 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists.
Mariella Fasoula is another baller who has showcased her quality this season and she was riding in top gear once again for Besiktas BOA. The Greek center brought the noise as her team hit the landmark of a century in beating KSSE ENEA AZS AJP Gorzow 100-70.
Fasoula finished with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals, while frontcourt partner Nikola Milic also impressed with a double-double of 16 points and 10 boards.
KKZ Crvena Zvezda are looking like title contenders and especially with Dulcy Fankam continuing her excellent start to the season. The powerhouse had 20 points and 9 rebounds as her team saw off TTT Riga 84-66.
Some might look to NKA Universitas Pecs as being dark horses and they showed why by striding past Elitzur Ramla 77-61 behind 18 points and 8 rebounds from Czech standout Julia Reisingerova. It also completed an important double against their group rivals, who they also beat comfortably earlier in the week.
