Cohen joins an exclusive club at the U20 event as history was made for Israel.

ALYTUS & KLAIPEDA (Lithuania) - Maayan Cohen led Israel into its first-ever FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket Final, and put herself in the record books in the process.

The 20-year-old tied the tournament record for the most three-pointers made in a single game - knocking down 8 of her 14 attempts from beyond the arc in Israel's 78-69 Semi-Final win over Belgium.

Finishing with 26 points, Cohen also added 6 assists and 4 steals to complement her outstanding scoring display, but it was her remarkable shooting that stole the spotlight.

Cohen becomes the fourth player to hit eight triples in a game at the Division A event; joining Germany's Alexandra Muller, Slovakia's Radka Stasova, and Daniele Paunksnyte of Lithuania, who set the scoring record in the same feat last summer.
