MIAMI (United States) – Tyran De Lattibeaudiere, forward for Astros de Jalisco (MEX), posted the highest efficiency rating during Stage 3 of the Group Stage of the Basketball Champions League Americas 2025-26, held February 4 to 12. De Lattibeaudiere, who is also a member of the Jamaican national team, spearheaded Astros’ high-powered offense. This helped the team set unprecedented records in the tournament’s history.
The 35-year-old veteran averaged 23.5 points in the third stage, shooting an outstanding 79 percent from the field (19-of-24), along with 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game, for an efficiency rating of 28.5.
Astros’ collective dominance resulted in a perfect 6-0 record in Group A. The team placed two more of its players among February’s top five performers: Trey Burke and Daishon Smith. Burke posted a 27.5 efficiency rating after averaging 25.5 points (54 percent from three-point range), 5.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 1.0 steal per game. While Smith averaged 17.0 points, 7.0 assists and 5.5 rebounds, with a 22.0 efficiency rating.
Nacional’s Connor Zinaich already ranked among the best in Stage 1. He finished strong and led his team to an unblemished 6-0 record in Group B. The American foward recorded a 25.0 efficiency rating in February, averaging 20.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 block per game.
UdeC’s Stephen Maxwell joined Zinaich among the standouts in the opening slate of games. He once again made the list in this final stretch by averaging 23.0 points (66 percent shooting) and 9.0 rebounds for a 22.0 efficiency rating. The big man helped the Chilean club snap a 13-game losing streak with a key victory over SESI Franca in Group D.
