Fan Vote: Pick your 12 players for Canada at the World Cup

MIES (Switzerland) - Which 12 players do you think will represent Canada at the World Cup?

MIES (Switzerland) - Canada look to have enough talent to earn a spot on the podium at the FIBA Basketball World Cup for the first time and maybe even capture the title.

The country's basketball federation recently announced a star-studded preliminary roster of 18 players, with 10 that compete in the NBA. Among them are All-NBA First Team guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, recently crowned NBA champion Jamal Murray of the Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks star RJ Barrett, the MVP of the 1017 FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup.

New head coach Jordi Fernandez will cut six players, but before he does, we're giving you the chance to show us who you think will be in the final team for Canada.

Canada will need all the firepower they can when they play in a First Round "group of death," Group H, against France, Latvia and Lebanon. A top-two finish will be needed to advance to the Second Round. All of those games will be played in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Who do you think will be the 12 players that will make the final cut and play for Canada?

Final rosters will be confirmed following the technical meetings that take place before the start of the competition. This Fan Vote is created solely to enhance the experience of the fans to show their support for their favorite players.
