Group F: China, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia

All games will be held in the East Asian region, starting off with Korea hosting Saudi Arabia at the West Suwon Chilbo Gymnasium at 19:00 Suwon time in a battle between teams coming off blowout losses last Thursday.

The Koreans absorbed a 93-74 beatdown to Lebanon in Zouk Mikael that enabled the latter to avenge their 97-86 loss during the FIBA Asia Cup 2025. The Saudis got routed by Rui Hachimura and Japan, 106-78, in Jeddah.

Hachimura got off to a perfect start before finishing with 29 points to mark his FIBA return, and he's expected to deliver once more when Japan host Qatar in a game featuring the previous and next World Cup hosts.

Tip-off is scheduled at 19:10 Tokyo time at the Toyota Arena, with the Japanese hoping to lean on homecourt advantage as well in a bid to build another streak after losing to Korea to end the First Round.

Closing Window 4 are China and Lebanon, with the former also fresh off an 83-57 conquest of Qatar. Now they're preparing to host the Cedars - whom they've beaten 12 times in the past - in Zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang.
