MVP Nouhi headlines men's Team of the Tournament at FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup 2017

    CHENGDU (FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup 2017) - Belgium's Ayoub Nouhi earned MVP honors at the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup 2017. His teammate Vincent Peeters and Slovenia's Samo Gabersek in the Team of the Tournament

    CHENGDU (FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup 2017) - Belgium's Ayoub Nouhi earned MVP honours at the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup 2017 and was joined by his teammate Vincent Peeters and Slovenia's Samo Gabersek in the Team of The Tournament. 

    The 6ft 5in (1.96m) playmaker scored 38 points overall and led Belgium to a historic gold medal.

    Peeters, who provided some highlights over the rim, was 4th in scoring at the event with 35 points.

    Slovenia's Samo Gabersek guided his team to the bronze medal, scoring two game-winners, one in the quarter-finals in overtime against Ukraine and another one in the bronze medal game against New Zealand. He also finished as the top scorer of the event with 44 points.
