TBILISI (Georgia) - Victoria Poros struck gold for Germany at the  FIBA 3x3 U18 Europe Cup Shoot-Out Contest in Tbilisi on September 8, 2019.

The 18-year-old  women's 3x3 rising star scored 12 points under a minute to win a gold medal for her country.

Hungary's Orban Bendegur had 7 in 44 seconds to get silver. He was faster than Russia's Danila Chikarev, who also scored 7 points but in 59.3 seconds, who still took home the bronze medal.

The shoot-out contests at FIBA 3x3 events are always mixed for men and women. It is not the first time women win the shoot-out contest. Janine Pontejos (Philippines) and Alexandra Stolyar (Russia) went 1 and 2 last year at the FIBA 3x3 World Cup.
