Australia are gunning for four wins in a row at the event and have not only relied on their veteran players to get this far, but it was Alanna Smith and Jade Melbourne who starred in their Quarter-Finals win against Serbia.
They face a tough task against the USA in what is one of the great Olympic rivalries. Indeed, the Opals will play in the Semi-Finals for the sixth time, the last being at London 2012 when they faced and lost to the US.

Belgium are looking forward to playing in the Semi-Finals at the Olympics for the very first time. It's been a roller-coaster for Belgium after almost crashing out in Lille, but having made history, they are now chasing more – inspired by the phenomenal Emma Meesseman.
France will compete in the Semi-Finals for the fourth consecutive edition. Their win over Germany was their biggest ever margin of victory in the Quarter-Finals. Gabby Williams and Marine Johannes continue to impress with their red-hot form.
