Qualification scenarios: Who will qualify on Sunday?

    PIRAEUS (Greece) - There are now just two spots remaining to the Final Phase of FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025 heading into the final day of action in the Group Phase.

    Belgium, Czechia, France, Italy and Lithuania were joined in the Final Phase by Türkiye on Saturday after they knocked out hosts Greece in a do-or-die matchup in Group A.

    Two games each in Brno and Hamburg will conclude the first phase of the competition, with all qualified teams moving to Piraeus.

    How can teams qualify?

    • Spain would qualify for the Quarter-Finals with a win OR with a loss IF Great Britain beat Germany;

      • They would also qualify with a loss of 1-25 points IF Germany beat Great Britain;

    • Germany would qualify for the Quarter-Finals with a win IF Spain beat Sweden;

      • They would also qualify with a win if Sweden beat Spain by either 1-7 points OR by 26 points or more;

        • OR with a loss of 1-10 points if Spain beat Sweden;

    • Sweden would qualify for the Quarter-Finals with a win of 8 points or more;

      • They would also qualify with any margin of victory IF Great Britain beat Germany;

    • Great Britain would qualify for the Quarter-Finals with a win of 11 points or more IF Spain beat Sweden.
