Her masterpiece came in the Final, where she posted 15 points, 23 rebounds and 1 block in France's 79-66 success over Israel.
It landed a sixth U20 Women's EuroBasket title with Cisse's fourth double-double of the tournament taking her averages to 15.4 points and 10.0 rebounds per game.
The player was was joined in the All-Star Five lineup by teammate Ines Pitarch-Granel, along with Gal Raviv of Israel, Spain's Ines Soleto and Daniele Paunksnyte of Lithuania.
