PITESTI (Romania) - The FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket tournament in Pitesti is now ready to close out the summer Youth EuroBasket action, with the rosters confirmed.
The competition returns to Pitesti for a successive summer, 12 months on from Spain reclaiming the title after a nine-year wait, with a Final triumph over Slovenia. Click below to view each team's roster:
Group A: France, Serbia, Romania, Croatia Group B: Italy, Latvia, Türkiye, Israel Group C: Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Czechia Group D: Slovenia, Germany, Lithuania, Hungary
Three consecutive days of Group Phase action open the tournament as teams play for seeding in the Round of 16 ahead of the first rest day. This crucial stage will be followed by the Quarter-Finals, before the second rest day is held.
The Semi-Finals take place on Friday, August 21, and then the champions will be crowned on the final day.
Meanwhile, Greece have already secured one of the three promotion tickets with victory in Tournament 3 on home soil in Ioannia.
Tournament 1 in Piestany Slovakia will conclude on August 15, while Tournament 2 in Bertrange, Luxembourg will run from August 17-22.
All FIBA Youth EuroBasket 2026 games will be streamed live on the official YouTube channel.
The FIBA U20 EuroBasket and FIBA U18 EuroBasket competitions will be exclusively available to MVP tier members.
