The penultimate day of the tournament saw two of three promotion spots tied up.

KONYA (Türkiye) - It was all to play for at the FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket 2024, Division B as the two nations who secured a spot in the Final also earned promoted to Division A.

In the Final, they will come up against Czechia, who also completed a late comeback to beat Great Britain 65-61. With just under three minutes to go, they trailed by 5 but after four unanswered buckets to end the game they came away with the win and secured promotion to Division A.

Barbora Subova collected a big double-double for the Czech's with 19 points and 13 rebounds while Tereza Tegelova also came up with 16. They will return to Division A after being relegated last summer.

Both Great Britain and Türkiye, at home, have a chance to redeem themselves in the Third Place Game on Saturday where promotion will again be up for grabs.
