Second-half surge sees Croatia past Estonia
Croatia went up a gear after the halftime break to see off the challenge of Estonia 87-62 to clinch promotion to Division A next summer.
Leading 24-15 after the first quarter, Croatia were pegged back to a five-point lead in the second. However, they regrouped and stormed clear of a shell-shocked Estonian side to bag a spot in Saturday's title game.
Luka Leni Ukic totalled 17 points to lead his side to victory, with Fran Strahija matching his tally. Bert Martain amassed 16 points for Estonia, who can still clinch promotion in the Third Place Game on Saturday.
Clinical Iceland beat Bosnia and Herzegovina
Iceland eased their way into Saturday's Final with a comprehensive 95-51 victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Atli Haraldsson led the way for Iceland, finishing with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists as they controlled the game from start to finish, with their biggest lead of the game rising to a whopping 46 points.
Asad Becarevic led Bosnia and Herzegovina with 9 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists.
